Fiz um pedido de rodízio em casa mais um Yakisoba de frango, e foi informado que o total seria de 86,00.
Em nenhum momento, foi falado sobre taxa de entrega e após fazer o pedido informaram que o "total" seria de 86,00. Ao receber a entrega o entregador confirmou que o Yakisoba está a no pacote, mas para minha surpresa o produto não estava.
Em resumo, erros acontecem óbvio, porém as respostas e informações sobre o total de valor a pagar precisam ser claras. O dono do local informou que o local estava cheio, então, como consumidora deixo a sugestão de colocar um colaborador focado nesta tarefa, para que constrangimentos e lesionamentos como este, não voltem a acontecer!

I placed an order of all-you-can-eat at home plus a chicken Yakisoba, and was informed that the total would be 86.00.
At no time, they spoke about the delivery fee and after placing the order they informed that the "total" would be 86.00. Upon receiving the delivery, the delivery person confirmed that the Yakisoba is in the package, but to my surprise the product was not.
In summary, errors are obvious, but the answers and information about the total amount to be paid need to be clear. The owner of the place informed that the place was full, so, as a consumer, I leave the suggestion to place an employee focused on this task, so that constraints and injuries like this do not happen again!

Já fomos em quase todos os rodízios de japonês aqui no RJ,mas o minna san é diferenciado demais! Ambiente aconchegante,comida de primeira e o atendimento é o melhor!
Best rodízio in Rio! Forgets..
We've been to almost all the Japanese carvery here in RJ, but the minna san is too different! Cozy atmosphere, first class food and the best service!
