★ ★ ★ ★ ★ solicitei uma ajuda pra um serviço simples no meu carro estava com uma criança de 3 anos , minha mangueira da direção hidráulica rasgou,era uma mangueira simples só precisava de um elevador pra trocar, aí pedi um guincho com eles ficamos mais 4 hrs esperando e ninguém foi buscar e nem ligou pra arrumamos outro uma falta de respeito, aí por Deus arrumamos uma fita isolante e conseguimos chegar de volta a Ubatuba. penso comigo e se fosse eles...
I asked for help with a simple service on my car I was with a 3 year old child, my power steering hose tore, it was a simple hose I just needed a lift to change it, then I asked for a winch with them we stayed another 4 hrs waiting and no one went to get it and didn't even call to get another one a lack of respect, then by God we got some electrical tape and managed to get back to Ubatuba. I think to myself and if it was them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior oficina de Ubatuba. Desonestos! Me deram nota da troca do reservatório de água e não trocaram. Colocaram uma braçadeira nova em cima do rasgo de uma mangueira velha e deixaram a braçadeira antiga. Só querem lucrar, colocando a vida dos clientes em risco. Corra deste lugar!
Worst workshop in Ubatuba. rogue! They gave me a note to change the water tank and they didn't. They put a new clamp over an old hose tear and left the old clamp. They just want to make a profit, putting their customers' lives at risk. Run from this place!
