★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento o Minuto desde o início, e pra mim é um dos melhores cafés de Fortaleza, mesmo que localizado em um posto de gasolina (o que é super útil, já que é fácil de estacionar). Ambiente gostoso, pet friendly, comidinhas ótimas e a preços competitivos. Uma pena que tenha mudado de dono. Mas visitei recentemente e não vi mudança além do cardápio, que suprimiu algumas opções, e do horário de funcionamento, pois a cozinha fecha após as 21:30. Adoro a omelete sertaneja, os pães na chapa e o chá mate gelado!
I frequent the Minute from the beginning, and for me it is one of the best cafes in Fortaleza, even if located in a gas station (which is super useful, since it is easy to park). Yummy environment, pet friendly, great food and competitive prices. A pity that he changed his owner. But I visited recently and saw no change beyond the menu, which suppressed some options, and the opening hours, as the kitchen closes after 9:30 pm. I love the country omelette, the bread on the plate and the iced mate tea!
