★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem ventilado, boa localização, os apartamentos possuem 2 banheiros, conta com portaria 24h, espaço para churrasco e piscina com boa frequência de manutenção. O único porém é que não tem cobertura para os carros.
