Local ermo, sem iluminação e sem pavimentação. Fica a dica para a casa de eventos localizada logo acima (Maison Flamboyant): que tal instalar uma plataforma de observação na área mais ao sul da propriedade? Cumpriria com o propósito do tal Mirante do Vermelhão e poderia contar com alguma infraestrutura.
Place with some potential, but without any official status or infrastructure. Access by land roads amidst, I believe, private property(ies). Secluded, unlit and unpaved. Here's a tip for the event house located right above (Maison Flamboyant): how about installing an observation deck in the southernmost area of the property? It would fulfill the purpose of that Mirante do Vermelhão and could count on some infrastructure.
