★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morro do Castelo is a part / day-walk if one goes on trekking to the Valé do Pati in Chapada Diamantina National Park, also known as the Brazilian Grand Canyon, with Ivan Bahia. The climbing is a little steep and can be quite muddy so be careful stepping up.
Once up you get through a cave to the other side of the mountain top and ... you have marvelous views as a reward.
