★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha de atendimento. Fui pessimamente atendido. Me venderam um produto com defeito e não quiseram devolver meu dinheiro e nem trocar por um novo. Não fui atrás em função do baixo valor, porém, jamais volto e nao recomendo para ninguém.Vale a pena comprar em outro lugar.
A shame of service. I was treated poorly. They sold me a defective product and they did not want to give me back my money and not even change it for a new one. I did not go back because of the low value, but I never go back and I do not recommend it to anyone. It pays to buy somewhere else.

Falou informações erradas do produto, a funcionária do caixa foi tenta defender acabou sendo mais mal educada ainda. Pedi para falar com o responsável para resolver a situação, o mesmo é da mesma laia, não quis me atender.
NOT RECOMENDO.P service. Attendants bad tempered, gave me wrong value and was nervosinha when I correct it. Spoke wrong product information, the employee housing was trying to defend ended up being more rude yet. I asked to speak to the person in charge to solve the situation, it is of the same ilk, did not want me to attend.

Recentemente comprei acessórios para um Tablet (capa e película) e um acessório para fixar o celular na bicicleta.
Por causa deste último item precisei voltar na loja pois aparentava estar com defeito.
Mostrando interesse no problema as funcionárias conseguiram solucionar o problema e me orientar adequadamente (o produto, afinal, não estava com defeito).
Certamente voltarei na loja mais vezes.

I recently bought accessories for a Tablet (cover and film) and an accessory to fix the phone on the bike.
Because of this last item I had to go back to the store because it appeared to be defective.
Showing interest in the problem, the employees were able to solve the problem and guide me properly (the product, after all, was not defective).
I will certainly come back to the store more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais volto! Comprei um fone, depois de 20 dias ele deu defeito, não quiseram trocar mesmo a lei falando que tem um mês para trocar... Sempre ia e até recomendava para outras pessoas, além de nunca mais voltar não vou deixar ninguém que conheço comprar lá!
Never come back! I bought a phone, after 20 days it was defective, they didn't want to change it, even the law says it has a month to change it... I always went and even recommended it to other people, besides never coming back I won't let anyone I know buy there !
