É preciso ligar mais de 5 vezes para ser atendido no telefone, e-mails nunca são respondidos, e solicitações de orçamentos demoram mais de 2 meses para serem recebidas no e-mail, e mesmo assim após muita insistência. Não recomendo, parece até que as coisas são de graça.
Terrible service. You have to call more than 5 times to be answered on the phone, emails are never answered, and quote requests take more than 2 months to be received in the email, and even then after a lot of insistence. I don't recommend it, it seems like things are free.

Very good, the workshop team that attended to me is very professional. Only the prices are a little scary, because of the discounts that are small when payment is made in cash, as in my case yesterday afternoon.
