★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Às cláusulas do contrato em referência foram devidamente cumpridas pelo Locatário, tanto é que quando da rescisão do contrato de locação, cujo pagamento foram todos efetuados em dia, restou ao Locatório apenas retirar o alarme que ele havia instalado, e quando da retirada de tal bem a proprietário do imóvel/Locador entendeu que o mesmo havia sido incorporado ao seu patrimônio, porém, isso não é verdade, já que tal sistema havia sido “alugado” pelo inquilino, e assim a única interferência da Imobiliária foi no sentido de resguardar as cláusulas contratuais, autorizando assim o Locatário a retirar todos os seus bens.
The terms of the contract in question were duly complied with by the Lessee, so much so that upon termination of the lease, the payment of which was all made up to date, it was left to the Lodge only to remove the alarm which it had installed, and upon the withdrawal of such property the owner of the property / Lessor understood that the same had been incorporated into its assets, but this is not true, since such a system had been "rented" by the tenant, and thus the only interference of the Real Estate was to protect the clauses contractor, thereby authorizing the Lessee to withdraw all his assets.
