★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em uma loja de lingerie em Osasco (Mis Bia), efetuei o pagamento da compra de R$60,00 via débito através do uso de senha pessoal quando derrepente a funcionária da loja informou que o sistema havia caído e o pagamento não teria sido repassado. No mesmo momento acessei a conta corrente e provei que o débito havia ocorrido. Mesmo assim, a loja insistiu dizendo que não havia recebido o pagamento e que se eu quisesse levar as mercadorias deveria realizar novo pagamento, pois o valor do primeiro pagamento seria estornado para mim até a data de hoje, ou melhor, talvez até em minutos naquele mesmo dia.
Enfim, não quiserem me dar nenhum documento ou garantia de que eu receberia meu dinheiro de volta, então não arrisquei pagar novamente, porém não me entregaram os produtos, saí da loja de mãoa vazias e com menos R$60,00.
Estamos às 19:35 e nada de receber de volta o dinheiro pago pela mercadoria que não tenho.

We are at 19:35 and nothing to get back the money paid for the merchandise I don't have.
