Ameiii o banheiro ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da loja e suas roupas, sempre fui bem atendida pelas vendedoras. Mas comprei uma calça segunda e coloquei ela hoje à primeira vez e acabou que o zíper e botão estouraram. Fui até a loja para tentar solucionar o problema, pelo menos uma troca por outra igual, pois estava em horário de serviço e não podia ir até a minha casa trocar de roupa. É apenas me disseram que eu tinha que deixar a calça lá para mandarem de volta para o fornecedor, e eu ia ficar como? Sem roupa, aí me sugeriram comprar outra. Como se fosse fácil assim! Eu acabei de comprar uma calça e teria que der um jeito de comprar outra ?! Sou cliente há muito tempo, mas poderiam ter resolvido o problema de outra maneira, tentando achar uma solução imediata, sabendo da situação que foi conversada.
I really like the store and its clothes, I was always well attended by the sellers. But I bought a second pair and put them on today for the first time and it turned out that the zipper and button popped. I went to the store to try to solve the problem, at least one change for another one, as it was working hours and I couldn't go to my house to change my clothes. It's just told me I had to leave my pants there to send them back to the supplier, and how would I be? No clothes, then they suggested I buy another one. As if it were that easy! I just bought a pair of pants and would have to find a way to buy another one?! I have been a client for a long time, but they could have solved the problem in another way, trying to find an immediate solution, knowing the situation that was discussed.
