Quando cheguei com minha filha de 4 anos e pedi pra que pintasse as unhas dela rapidamente pra fazer a minha mão, a manicure foi taxativa em dizer que eu tinha que escolher, ou pintava a unha de minha filha ou fazia a minha, porque tinha cliente marcada. Fiquei triste. Achei má vontade. Dava tempo. Só ia fazer a mão. Pintar a unha de minha filha não iria tomar tanto tempo. Sei que me atrasei, mas faltou flexibilidade em agradar a cliente. Imprevistos acontecem. E não estava pedindo nada demais.
I was very sad. I made an appointment and unfortunately I was late, it also took me a while to find the store, which took me half an hour from my schedule. When I arrived with my 4 year old daughter and asked her to paint her nails quickly to make my hand, the manicurist was adamant in saying that I had to choose, or painted my daughter's nail or did mine, because I had a client checked. I got sad. I found it unwilling. There was time. I was just going to do the hand. Painting my daughter's nail would not take that long. I know I was late, but there was a lack of flexibility in pleasing the client. Unforeseen events happen. And I wasn't asking for anything too much.
