Me orientaram finalizar o pedido com boleto , para me enviarem o link pelo zap , depois me informaram q nao daria certo.
Achei totalmente descaso com o cliente .
Link so envia até 1000$ outro ponto negativo, quem mora no interior tem q fazer um pedido grande pra nao ta so fazendo pedido e pagando frete .
Better prices, but for the service on wattsap I see an unprepared, every time I go to buy a problem arises.
They guided me to finish the order with a boleto, to send me the link by zap, then they informed me that it wouldn't work.
I thought it was completely disrespectful to the customer.
Link only sends up to 1000$ another negative point, those who live in the interior have to place a large order so they are not just ordering and paying shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compra pelo site funciona, entrega por correios funciona, mas as entregas dentro de Fortaleza são péssimas! Não recomendo. Eles só tem preço, mas atendimento e organização que é bom, nada. Prometem prazos de entrega que não cumprem e os dois Whats apps de atendimento não fazem absolutamente nada pra lhe ajudar. Se você conseguir realizar a compra pelo site e solicitar entrega por correios, com ZERO contato com eles, funciona. Se você é do tipo da pessoa que provavelmente vai ou pode precisar de qualquer mínimo auxílio deles no atendimento na resolução de problemas que eles mesmo criam ou até mesmo dúvidas(porque atrasam entrega e você só descobre se for atrás. Não espere ser avisado.) então não compre na Misstetica! Porque eles são profissionais em te dar dor de cabeça e fazer de tudo pra não facilitar caso algo saia do controle(E REPITO: o “controle” que eles mesmos não mantém). Dei uma estrela pela entrega dos correios que felizmente ainda funciona. Posso listar vários dos problemas que já tive com entregas por motoboy: Atraso no prazo do turno que prometeram, cobrança de pagamento que já foi feito ao chegar no local de entrega, entrega remanejada pro turno seguinte sem aviso prévio… Enfim, reitero que a entrega via correios funciona. Mas não conte com o atendimento pra NADA!
Buying through the website works, delivery by post office works, but deliveries within Fortaleza are terrible! I do not recommend. They only have price, but service and organization that is good, nothing. They promise delivery deadlines that they don't meet and the two service Whats apps do absolutely nothing to help you. If you can make the purchase through the website and request delivery by post office, with ZERO contact with them, it works. If you are the type of person who is likely to or may need any minimal assistance from them in solving problems that they themselves create or even doubts (because they delay delivery and you only find out if you go after it. Don't wait to be warned.) so don't buy from Misstetica! Because they are professionals at giving you a headache and doing everything they can to not make it easy if something gets out of control (AND I repeat: the “control” they don't maintain themselves). I gave one star for the courier delivery which luckily still works. I can list several of the problems I've had with deliveries by motoboy: Delay in the deadline of the promised shift, collection of payment that has already been made when arriving at the delivery location, delivery rescheduled for the next shift without prior notice... Finally, I reiterate that delivery via post office works. But don't count on service for ANYTHING!
