Nem ao menos atenderam o telefone para darem explicação quanto mais ligarem para avisar do problema que seja. Como uma empresa que se presta a tratar com clientes pensa em crescer dessa forma??? Será que essa empresa pensa nos seus clientes??? NUNCA mais cogito em comprar e digo a qualquer um para não comprar pois podem passar pelo o que eu passei
Complete lack of respect for the customer, my order after 1:30 that was placed, was simply canceled and that's why, I was disrespected as a customer. They didn't even answer the phone to give an explanation, let alone call to warn of any problem. How does a company that lends itself to dealing with customers think of growing in this way??? Does this company think about its customers??? I will NEVER consider buying again and I tell anyone not to buy it because they might go through what I went through
