Nem no whatsapp e Instagram?
Meu gato iria morrer por falha médica na castração. Tive que levar para outra clinica para salvá-lo.
Apesar disso, a clínica assumiu a responsabilidade e ressarciu os custos com a outra clínica
 how can a clinic perform so many surgeries in one day and all the contact numbers that were provided no one answers?

My cat would die from medical malfunction in spaying. I had to take him to another clinic to save him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ precisam melhorar um pouco o atendimento aos clientes e informá-los sobre os procedimentos. castrei minha gatinha a alguns dias e não me avisaram nada sobre como ela ficaria depois, coisas que poderiam acontecer com ela durante e depois da castração e etc.

O atendimento foi todo certinho, sem problemas ou dificuldades
Fiz todo o agendamento através do WhatsApp que me disponibilizaram.
Recebi todas as informações necessárias; data disponível, horário, tolerância, endereço, formas de pagamento, documentação, valores...
Tudo certo.
Chegando na clínica, fui muito bem recebida pela recepcionista, atendimento ótimo, eficaz e rápido.
Deixei meu pet entregue aos responsáveis as 9h da manhã, e peguei de volta as 12h.
O procedimento foi muito bom, ele estava completamente anestesiado quando saímos da clínica, e já as 18h estava ativo novamente, muito tranquilo. O local da cirurgia é quase imperceptível.
O veterinário, recepcionistas, auxiliar que cuida dos animais, absolutamente todos com um atendimento excelente.
Fiquei muito feliz com todo atendimento que recebemos, e agora as 23h meu baby está ótimo!
Comendo, bebendo, brincando (levemente), tudo de volta a normalidade.
Não tenho nenhuma queixa a fazer, foi tudo nota 10!
Em breve retornarei para levar outros pets.
PS: só observe o endereço, no Google Maps (por onde segui o caminho) ainda indica o antigo endereço da clínica, eles mudaram de lá. O bom é que o novo endereço é praticamente em frente ao antigo.
Pegando a rua de acesso a direita, ficava a sua esquerda, o novo endereço vc segue em frente e pega a direita, são apenas poucos metros de distância.

Today was my first visit to the clinic. I scheduled a spay for my pet.
The service was all right, without problems or difficulties
I made all the scheduling through WhatsApp that made me available.
I received all the necessary information; available date, time, tolerance, address, payment methods, documentation, values ...
All right.
Arriving at the clinic, I was very well received by the receptionist, great, efficient and fast service.
I left my pet delivered to those responsible at 9 am, and took it back at 12 pm.
The procedure was very good, he was completely anesthetized when we left the clinic, and at 6pm he was active again, very calm. The surgery site is almost imperceptible.
The vet, receptionists, assistant who takes care of the animals, absolutely all with excellent service.
I was very happy with all the care we received, and now at 23h my baby is great!
Eating, drinking, playing (lightly), everything back to normal.
I have no complaints to make, it was all grade 10!
Soon I will return to take other pets.
PS: just look at the address, on Google Maps (where I followed the path) it still indicates the old address of the clinic, they moved there. The good thing is that the new address is practically opposite the old one.
Taking the access road on the right, it was on your left, the new address u move on and take the right, are only a few meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Tanto da recepção ao Médico veterinário Dr Wallace T. Albuquerque. Muito atencioso antes de aplicar a vacina. Outra coisa foi o uso de um tapete novo na balança pra pesar a minha Yorkshire que chamou a atenção do cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hj pela manhã lá na Mister Dog, fui atendida por uma senhora, que por sinal tem um péssimo atendimento. Fiquei muito decepcionada, até parecia q eu tava pedindo favor.
NUNCA MAIS PISO NAQUELA CLINICA.
NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM
I was there this morning at Mister Dog, I was attended by a lady, who by the way has a terrible service. I was very disappointed, it even felt like I was asking for a favor.
NEVER GO ON THAT CLINIC AGAIN.
