fomos ao local conhecer o ambiente por indicação, sentimos que estavam muito desorganizados, com apenas um rapaz atendendo aos clientes, nossos lanches demoraram em torno de 1 hora e ainda vieram errados. Não gostamos da experiência mas fica aqui a critica para melhorarem, não pretendo voltar.
Day 9/4 (Saturday) my wife and I
we went to the place to know the environment by indication, we felt that they were very disorganized, with only one guy serving the customers, our snacks took around 1 hour and they still came wrong. We didn't like the experience but here's the criticism to improve, I don't intend to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente assídua do espaço, amo o South e o Olie, um ponto alto da casa é a música e o atendimento, porém o do final de semana dia 10 de abril, o menino que me atendeu foi uma das melhores experiências da minha vida, o que é casual da casa é bom também mas é muito metódico e parece um robô não estava conseguindo mexer no menu e ele fez no celular OK, mas o outro rapaz fez questão de sentar ao meu lado me ensinar como eu não sabia, ele fez na mão o que mostrou que ele é prático e versátil, minha filha foi no outro final de semana também elogiou ele também, e foi terça agora dia 12 e ele não estava lá, os dois são muito bons mas o outro pela versatilidade e proatividade se destaca mais.
I am a frequent customer of the space, I love South and Olie, a highlight of the house is the music and the service, but on the weekend of April 10th, the boy who helped me was one of the best experiences of my life, what is casual of the house is also good but it is very methodical and looks like a robot I was not able to move the menu and he did it on the cell phone OK, but the other guy insisted on sitting next to me teaching me how I didn't know, he did in hand which showed that he is practical and versatile, my daughter went the other weekend and also praised him, and it was Tuesday now the 12th and he was not there, both are very good but the other one for versatility and proactivity highlights more.
