Very satisfied with the service. Great service. He took all my doubts before the carcass repair by answering all messages. He sent me pictures and video explaining how it's done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notebook estava com a carcaça completamente comprometida. Apesar de velho, ainda funcionava. Depois do serviço, ele voltou limpo, funcionando melhor e com a carcaça reparada! O pessoal foi sincero, me comunicou que não conseguiriam repor peças iguais nas dobradiças, pois o modelo era muito antigo, mas eles adaptaram e ficou funcionando perfeitamente!
My notebook was completely compromised. Despite being old, it still worked. After the service, it came back clean, working better and with the carcass repaired! The staff was sincere, they told me that they would not be able to replace the same parts on the hinges, because the model was very old, but they adapted and it worked perfectly!

O atendimento é excelente, ele se colocou a disposição para esclarecer qualquer tipo de dúvida, e me mandou fotos e vídeos com o serviço realizado no notebook. Me senti muito bem assistida, e certamente irei levar o notebook mais vezes, caso necessário. :) :)
It was the second time I took my notebook to MITECH. In the first one, Abraão repaired the carcass, satisfied with the service, I went back to do a formatting. The service is excellent, he made himself available to clarify any kind of doubt, and sent me photos and videos with the service performed on his notebook. I felt very well taken care of, and I will certainly take the notebook more often, if necessary. :) :)

First service I do with MITECH, carcass and preventive maintenance.
