★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa para trocar as 5 cinco janelas da minha casa. Quando fechamos, fiz o depósito de 40% do valor acordado e os restante do valor seria pago em 3 parcelas.
Em menos de um mês após o primeiro depósito as janelas foram entregues. Na segunda-feira seguinte os funcionários da empresa foram à minha casa iniciar a instalação e o inferno que a minha vida se tornou.
Instalaram a primeira janela no meu quarto. Após a instalação percebi que a janela havia ficado desnivelada e não havia sido realizado nenhum acabamento. Na hora informei isso ao funcionário, o qual disse que iria conversar com o Pedro sobre o que deveria ser feito, mas que provavelmente eles preencheriam os buracos com espuma e massa e realizariam o acabamento com cantoneiras.
No dia seguinte, instalaram a segunda janela. Dessa vez, a janela não estava desnivelada, mas não havia acabamento algum.
Na quarta-feira realizei o depósito da primeira parcela do saldo devedor. No entanto, estranhamente no mesmo dia os funcionários da empresa foram à minha casa e levaram todo equipamento de valor que haviam deixado e disseram que precisavam resolver um problema em uma outra obra e que voltariam no dia seguinte para realizar o acabamento das janelas já instaladas e instalar as restantes.
Quinta-feira ninguém apareceu. Sexta-feira liguei mais de 10 vezes para o Pedro cobrando alguma explicação, mas sem resposta. Mensagens no whatsapp sem serem visualizadas nem respondidas.
Finalmente, no sábado, o Pedro entrou em contato comigo e me disse que havia tido um problema com seu celular e que terça-feira viria a minha residência realizar os acabamentos e que seus funcionários continuariam as instalações.
Chegou terça-feira, nenhuma ligação atendida nenhuma mensagem respondida e nenhum funcionário instalando as janelas.
Se desejarem não terem dor de cabeça, não contratem a Mitrel.

They installed the first window in my room. After installation I realized that the window had become uneven and no finishing had been done. At the time I informed this to the employee, who said that he would talk to Pedro about what should be done, but that they would probably fill the holes with foam and putty and finish with angles.
The next day, they installed the second window. This time, the window was not uneven, but there was no finish.
On Wednesday I deposited the first installment of the outstanding balance. However, strangely on the same day the company employees came to my house and took all the valuable equipment they had left and said that they needed to solve a problem in another work and that they would return the next day to finish the windows already installed and install the rest.
Thursday no one came. Friday I called Pedro more than 10 times asking for an explanation, but no answer. Messages on whatsapp without being viewed or answered.
Finally, on Saturday, Pedro got in touch with me and told me that he had a problem with his cell phone and that on Tuesday my home would come to finish and that his employees would continue the installations.
Tuesday arrived, no calls answered, no messages answered, and no staff installing the windows.
If you wish you didn't have a headache, don't hire Mitrel.

Adquiri um pergolado com vidro laminado, quando recebi, depois de muito atrasado o vidro entregue foi temperado e o Pedro “explicou” que “o laminado” se daria após ele mesmo aplicar uma película que foi muito mal colocada e deixou o vidro com efeito opaco e pra completar em um dos vidros a película foi aplicada do lado errado (na parte de cima/fora do vidro), ou seja, se o vidro quebrar a película não vai segurar nada, e este mesmo vidro agora esta com a película soltando e com um aspecto horrível, ja fazem 3 meses que cobrei o Pedro para vir resolver, ele falou que viria e estou até agora esperando, após cobrar novamente não tive mais resposta, mesmo ele falando no ato da aquisição que qualquer problema era só chamar que ele resolveria. Decepção total com a falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento. Terei que chamar outra empresa pra resolver.

Total disappointment with the lack of professionalism and commitment. I will have to call another company to solve it.
