O atendimento tanto da equipe comercial como da equipe técnica é muito cordial e todos são atenciosos. A estrutura da loja é muito boa e a oficina também.
In Sep/21 I acquired my first MIT at this dealership in SBC.
The service from both the commercial team and the technical team is very cordial and everyone is attentive. The structure of the store is very good and the workshop as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a encomenda do carro paguei o sinal no mês 03 no dia 20/04 faturam o carro apenas pra bater meta,resgatei minhas aplicações correndo pois disseram que já tinha que pagar o carro, sendo que eu poderia pagar quando o carro chegasse na concessionária!!! Agora que já receberam mentem o tempo todo sobre a data de chegada...
Me sinto humilhada pelo péssimo atendimento da vendedora e gerente!!
Fora o prejuízo financeiro ,vendi meu carro atual correndo, adiantei aplicação que poderia esperar!!!
Meu sonho está virando pesadelo.....
I ordered the car, paid the down payment in month 03 on 04/20, they billed the car just to hit the goal, I rescued my applications running because they said I already had to pay for the car, and I could pay when the car arrived at the dealership! !! Now that they've been given a lie all the time about the arrival date...
I feel humiliated by the poor service of the seller and manager!!
Apart from the financial loss, I sold my current car running, I put forward the application that could wait!!!
My dream is turning into a nightmare.....

Até aí tudo lindo, hoje , terça feira , me chamam avisando que devido ao alta demanda "alguns carros" programados pra retirar na quarta mesmo ficariam pronto apenas na sexta feira. Eles trabalham com agendamentos, não faz sentido ter alta demanda. O que realmente aconteceu é que jogaram o meu carro pra sexta pra priorizar outros clientes que agendaram depois de mim. Uma falta de respeito com o cliente Mitsubishi
Edit: voces estão viciados em contar mentira. A revisão são serviços definidos pela Mitsubishi, do Eclipse é igual em todas as primeiras revisões. Não têm como vocês fazerem um orçamento sem ver o carro. Lavada está história de vocês.
I made an appointment for Wednesday before the Thursday holiday. Edit: you guys are addicted to telling lies. Revision are services defined by Mitsubishi, Eclipse is the same in all first revisions. There's no way for you to make a budget without seeing the car. Washed is your story.
