★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sempre na recepção. Nunca muda. Já 13 revisões consecutivas. Parece q a empresa não dá um treinamento pra seus funcionários. Bora levar os meninos da recepção pra fazer um curso de atendimento ao cliente trilha.

Fiz uma ligação no Balcão de Peça estava a procura de uma peça do Coxim do motor lado direito da l200 triton sport hpe 2017, não quiseram me vender por que me disseram que era peça única do estoque não podia ser vendido achei um descaso estou com a camioneta parada falta peças estou com motor aberto por falta de peças na rede e na fabrica e não estava achando. Enfim pedi um amigo para ir ate a loja verificar se conseguia comprar o mesmo chegou o balcão disponibilizou a peça pra ele ai fiquei sem intender por que não me podia vender a peça. graças a Deus encontrei outra em Rio Verde GO

I made a call at the Parts Desk I was looking for a part of the engine Cushion on the right side of the l200 triton sport hpe 2017, they didn't want to sell me because they told me it was a single part from the stock and couldn't be sold I found a neglect I'm with the truck stopped missing parts I have an open engine due to lack of parts in the network and in the factory and I wasn't finding it. Anyway I asked a friend to go to the store to see if I could buy the same when the counter made the piece available for him then I didn't understand why he couldn't sell me the piece. thank God I found another one in Rio Verde GO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastimavel atendimento. Tentei por uma semana uma simples cotação de peças. Em ligação telefônica me disseram para enviar no whatsapp. Enviei duas vezes no whatsapp e demorou uma semana para responderem com um bom dia, nem assim me informaram os valores. Como resultado perderam o cliente.
Terrible service. I tried for a week a simple parts quote. In a phone call they told me to send it on whatsapp. I sent twice on whatsapp and it took a week for them to respond with a good day, not even then they informed me the values. As a result they lost the customer.
