★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, semana passada liguei solicitando um orçamento para a 8 revisão do meu carro, falaram que iam enviar pelo whatsapp ou ligar. Nada aconteceu. No outro dia liguei de novo, novamente o mesmo atendente (que eu esqueci o nome agora) me disse que iria passar, que não havia esquecido, porém fiquei na mão novamente. Atendimento péssimo e sem compromisso com o cliente, não recomendo a ninguém.
Very bad service, last week I called asking for a quote for the 8 review of my car, they said they would send it by whatsapp or call. Nothing happened. The next day I called again, the same attendant again (I forgot the name now) told me that I would pass, that I had not forgotten, but I was in the hand again. Lousy service and no commitment to the customer, would not recommend to anyone.
