O conserto é realizado na frente do dono do aparelho danificado, ele teve a paciência e boa vontade de explicar o problema, bem como a sua resolução . Preço cobrado foi justo, bem em conta. O aparelho ficou ótimo para uso. Recomendo e fiquei muito satisfeito com toda atenção e atendimento prestado.

Nunca tinha visto uma assistência que realizasse os procedimentos em frente ao cliente como a mixcell realiza. O valor é justo e só trabalham com peças originais. Se caso Aderbal achar que não valerá a pena realizar o conserto, ele não vai realizar, ou seja, não se aproveita dos clientes. Liguei para vários lugares procurando saber se realizavam a troca de uma peça do meu celular e só a mixcell informou que era possível. Indico demais! Daqui por diante só trarei meus aparelhos telefônicos para a mixcell.

Fui indicado por um amigo em comum a levar o celular aqui na assistência onde o problema foi resolvido em menos de 10 minutos. O dono do estabelecimento é adorável, uma enciclopédia da manutenção de celular e o preço é 200% menor que outros . Vale a pena, conserto bom, peças originais e garantia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, preço justo e conhecimento, levei o poço M3 de minha esposa lá o Sr Aderbal me atendeu primeiro pelo telefone e foi bem sincero e ao chegar lá ele fez o serviço na minha frente e depois de mim chegou uma jovem dizendo que o aparelho dela entrou água salgada e ele afirmou a ela que aparelho dela não tinha mais solução eu gostei da sinceridade dele e o atendimento ótimo só peça original o coroa é bom no que faz e não conta história, já sigo no Instagram e qlq aparelho meu só levarei lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto positivo é que ele faz o serviço na frente do cliente. Entretanto recomendo ir sem pressa pra voltar. O dono é quem faz todo serviço técnico e de atendimento no balcão. Ele conversa bastante e se distrai com os clientes chegando o que torna difícil sua rotina de atender e fazer tudo.
