They promised to return the money in case of defect and did not comply. Even with screen shots, they preferred to treat me badly and not honor the commitment to return the money.

I fixed the cell phone screen that I paid 800 reais and they gave me 3 months warranty, but after 1 month my screen broke and they didn't cover it with the warranty they had given. What was the guarantee then? Ridiculous
