★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da portaria (principalmente os da noite), são gente boa me trataram super bem, até na hora de marcar a vez para carregar. Agora no quesito avalição; tem que melhorar o pátio do estacionamento (que é terra), e principalmente, seria bom colocar uma sala de espera com banheiros e água potável. Claro que isso é só o básico, até porque tem muitas empresas do mesmo nível que estão um passo a frente.
