Só não dei 5✨ por que, apesar de reformada, o resultado foi péssimo. É abafada/escura e não possui lógica em sua área interna: balcões impedem a circulação: não há espaço entre a bancada de atendimento, o acesso aos produtos e depois aos caixas.
I improved the evaluation because, returning to the place, I could observe an improvement in the quality of the production - I no longer had the embarrassment of taking home raw products with dubious production dates (they no longer molded)
I just didn't give it 5✨ because, despite being renovated, the result was terrible. It is stuffy/dark and has no logic in its internal area: counters prevent circulation: there is no space between the service desk, access to products and then to the cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.. o atendimento funciona muito bem quando a dona do estabelecimento está no local... Mas no período da tarde, infelizmente é péssimo... Ah! Sem contar que ao procurar a gerente a mesma nos ignora, o que é pior do que a grosseria na qual somos tratados pelos funcionários do balcão.
Terrible.. the service works very well when the owner of the establishment is on site... But in the afternoon, unfortunately, it's terrible... Ah! Not to mention that when looking for the manager she ignores us, which is worse than the rudeness in which we are treated by the counter employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei os preços abusivos. Tudo alí é caro, além do normal por ser produto normal. Paguei cinco reais por uma garrafa de água mineral. Do outro lado da rua a mesma garrafa de 1,500ml custa um real e noventa e oito centavos, R$1,98. Não pretendo voltar nunca mais.
I found the prices abusive. Everything there is expensive, beyond the normal for being a normal product. I paid five reais for a bottle of mineral water. Across the street, the same 1,500ml bottle costs one real and ninety-eight cents, R$1.98. I never intend to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pão novo misturado com pão velho, muitas moscas dentro das estufas dos pães doces e dos outros produtos doces (biscoitos, broas, samantas etc). Não tem cestas para você colocar os itens que queira comprar, falta sinalização do local de pesagem dos pães e do caixa.
Saudades do Ki Pão Bão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada adianta ter um ponto comercial muito bem montado, com belas instalações, se faltar o principal produto. Já aconteceu comigo 03 (três) vezes de chegar ao estabelecimento, inclusive ontem a tarde, outras duas vezes pela manhã, bem cedo. Ontem indaguei três funcionários a respeito, um me disse que o pão sairia em 08 minutos. Passaram quinze minutos e nada... Perguntei outra funcionária me disse já estava saindo e nada... Fui para o caixa, paguei os demais produtos e voltei a questionar, a moça disse que o forno é programado. Que programação é esta que o cliente sai insatisfeito, sem o produto principal????
There is no point in having a very well set up shop, with beautiful facilities, if the main product is missing.
