★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na farmácia e pedi uma orientação sobre um tipo de medicamento, até então é o atendimento foi bom. Voltei a ligar às 13h e pedi que entregasse o medicamento em casa, a atendente disse que o motoboy estava em horário de almoço, e que eu teria que esperar ele voltar, até então ok! Olhei no relógio e eram 14:30 eu liguei na farmácia novamente, para verificar se o motoboy já havia voltado do almoço, e a atendente disse que não sabia informar pois ele trabalha em 2 farmácias. Mas que ele já estava com meu pedido e que não demoraria pra ser entregue. Voltei a ligar às 15:45 e falei com.um rapaz sobre o medicamento, pois eu precisava até às 16h no máximo. Ele me informou que não tinha esse controle, pois o motoboy trabalhava em duas farmácias. Eu perguntei se não tinha como ligar na outra farmácia, ou no celular do motoboy por favor. Pois eu estava aguardando o medicamento, aguardei ele fez a ligação e informou que umas 17h ele iria entregar. Eu achei um absurdo!!! Falasse antes que demoraria ou explicasse desde o início que o motoboy trabalhava pra vcs e lra outro lugar e vcs não tem controle nenhum do horário dele.
Resumindo: Eu fui obrigada a cancelar meu pedido nesta farmácia. Tive que procurar correndo outra farmácia que fazia entrega o mais rápido possivel até às 16h graças ao bom Deus eu encontrei.
Perderam uma cliente!
I called the pharmacy and asked for guidance on a type of medication, until then the service was good. I called again at 1 pm and asked him to deliver the medicine at home, the attendant said that the courier was at lunch time, and that I would have to wait for him to come back, until then ok! I looked at the clock and it was 2:30 pm I called the pharmacy again, to check if the courier had already returned from lunch, and the attendant said she couldn't tell because he works in 2 pharmacies. But he already had my order and it wouldn't be long before it was delivered. I called back at 15:45 and talked to a guy about the medicine, because I needed until 4pm at the latest. He informed me that he did not have this control, as the motoboy worked in two pharmacies. I asked if there was no way to call the other pharmacy, or the motoboy's cell phone please. Because I was waiting for the medicine, I waited for him to make the call and informed that around 17h he would deliver. I found it absurd !!! Talk before it would take or explain from the beginning that the motoboy worked for you and go elsewhere and you have no control over his schedule.
In short: I was forced to cancel my order at this pharmacy. I had to look for another pharmacy running that delivered as fast as possible until 4 pm thanks to the good Lord I found.
They lost a client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo muito. Atendimento excelente! Procurei óleo de linhaça e não tinha naquela unidade. Eles foram buscar e o boy me entregou no mesmo dia.
Detalhe que fui informada que a moto do boy quebrou e eles ligaram perguntando se dava pra entregar no dia seguinte.
Eu disse que seria complicado, porque viajaria no final de semana (era uma sexta) e queria testar o produto no fim de semana.
Eles disseram que, então, buscariam o produto e me entregariam à pé. E foi o que fizeram! Superaram minhas expectativas na primeira experiência.
Virei cliente!

I highly recommend it. Excelent reception! I looked for linseed oil and didn't have it in that unit. They picked it up and the boy delivered it to me the same day.
Detail that I was informed that the boy's bike broke and they called asking if it could be delivered the next day.
I said it would be complicated, because I would travel on the weekend (it was a Friday) and I wanted to test the product on the weekend.
They said they would then pick up the product and deliver it to me on foot. And that's what made! They exceeded my expectations in the first experience.
I became a client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um produto as 18:29, não dá 1 km de distância da farmácia retornei 21:00 pois e a mesma falou que pedido não havia saído ainda. Cancelei o produto, muita falta de comprometimento com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa farmacia acredito que não existe pessoas qualificadas pra reconhecer medicamentos entrei em contato nessa farmacia mandei a foto andei 60km chegando lá falaram que estava em falta um lixo essa empresa não compre sao pilantras tenho as conversas plintada pra provar a sacanagem da empresa além disso querendo passar outro medicamento diferente
I don't recommend this pharmacy I believe there are no qualified people to recognize medicines I got in touch with this pharmacy I sent the photo I walked 60km getting there they said there was a waste of garbage this company don't buy they are crooks I have the conversations plucked to prove the company's dirtyness in addition wanting to pass another different medication
