Fiz uma compra na qual precisei trocar dentro do prazo e foi totalmente desconfortável o atendimento...
Entrei na loja com a intenção de realizar a troca e efetuar uma nova compra, acabou que procurei uma outra loja devido a má vontade da funcionária alegando inúmeras desculpas para não efetuar a troca.?♂️ Cliente contente sempre volta, cliente mau atendido compra na concorrência.
The problem with many stores is after sales!
I made a purchase in which I needed to exchange it within the deadline and the service was totally uncomfortable...
I entered the store with the intention of making the exchange and making a new purchase, I ended up looking for another store due to the employee's unwillingness alleging numerous excuses for not making the exchange.?♂️ Happy customer always comes back, poor customer service buys at competition.
