★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o curso de Rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, o curso é muito bom, a professora Excelente; Porém o atendimento na Entrega de Certificado via E-mail é péssimo. Deveriam melhorar nesse Aspecto, poque na hora que é para debitar o valor do meu cartão de crédito é na mesma hora, agora na hora de assumir a responsabilidade de entregar o certificado, é demorado.
 I did the Personal Department Routines course, the course is very good, the teacher is Excellent; But the service in the Certificate Delivery via E-mail is very bad. They should improve on this aspect, because it is time to debit the value of my credit card at the same time, now it is time to take the responsibility of delivering the certificate, it is time consuming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a avaliação se trata do curso e nao dos professores, estou dando a menor nota possível! Estava fazendo um curso prático na MJ, o que se fazia necessário um projetor. Certo dia a coordenação especula mais turmas do que salas, entao minha turma é realocada para a COORDENAÇÃO.
Nesse dia os meninos que auxiliam na recepção nos disseram que havia mais turmas do que salas.
Logo, entrei em contati com a coordenação, e a coordenadora NADIELI me vem com a desculpa de que nossa sala estava com a internet fraca, por isso a aula acontecera na coordenação. Eu então contrapus dizendo que TODAS as salas estavam sendo utilizadas, e que nesse caso tinha uma turma a mais, ja que minha turma gavia sido realocada para a coordenacao. Nadieli sem saber o que falar (ao invés de assumir o erro e dar um jeito de oferecer essa aula em boas condições) disse que passsaria o telefone para seu superior, Maciel, quando comecei a expor meu problema, ele apenas disse "se é pra falar de sala nao é comigo, vou passar pra Nadieli de novo". E daí começou esse ping pong, ela passava pra ele e ele passava pra ela dizendo "É , nao entendi pq a Nadieli passou pra mim".
Venho escrever essa resenha para que outras pessoas nao passem por tanta falta de respeito como essa empresa me fez passar! Se alguém quiser ouvir a ligação pdoe entrar em contaro comigo, pois está gravada!!!
As the evaluation is about the course and not the teachers, I am giving the lowest grade possible! I was taking a practical course at MJ, which needed a projector. One day coordination speculates more classes than classrooms, so my class is relocated to COORDINATION.
That day the boys who assisted the front desk told us that there were more classes than classrooms.
Soon, I got in touch with the coordination, and the coordinator NADIELI comes to me with the excuse that our room had weak internet, so the class had been in coordination. I then countered by saying that ALL the rooms were being used, and that in this case there was one more class, since my class was already relocated to the coordination. Nadieli unsure of what to say (instead of making the mistake and finding a way to offer this class in good condition) said she would pass the phone on to her superior, Maciel, when I started to expose my problem, he just said "if it's for talk about the room is not me, I will move to Nadieli again ". And then this ping pong started, she passed it to him and he passed it to her saying "Yeah, I don't understand why Nadieli passed it to me".
I come to write this review so that other people do not go through as much disrespect as this company made me pass! If anyone wants to hear the call can contact me, because it is recorded !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência, infelizmente, não foi das melhores. Curso de VBA não indico nesse local. Tiveran que mudar de professor no meio do curso, pois a didática do anterior não foi boa. Estamos concluindo o curso e a turma não aprendeu metade do que foi programado. Apostila ruim, estruta ruim, salas apertadas, computadores antigos, internet não funciona pra mandarmos os arquivos. Enfim, o dinheiro investido foi jogado no lixo.
My experience, unfortunately, was not the best. VBA course I do not indicate at this location. They had to change teachers in the middle of the course, because the didactic of the previous one was not good. We are finishing the course and the class did not learn half of what was scheduled. Bad handout, bad strut, cramped rooms, old computers, internet doesn't work to send files. Anyway, the money invested was thrown in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo me matriculou, porem aconteceu a pandemia então não aconteceu as aulas do curso de Departamento pessoal, gostaria de saber como fica, porque ele já pagou e até agora não recebemos nenhum comunicado sobre o curso e peço o distrato da devolução do pagamento e não tenho retorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima. Não tem profissionais, interrompem a aula para fazer propaganda da empresa. As salas são super apertadas, sem conforto nenhum, windows pirata, fica pedindo senha. Professor sem didática. Tentei fazer o curso Excel VBA e a turma não ficou satisfeita. A empresa ofereceu outro curso, e eu na maior boa vontade dei uma segunda chance. Mas, foi em vão, só perdi meu tempo e dinheiro.
Não façam curso nesta empresa, pesquisem mais e invista seu tempo e dinheiro em empresas que realmente possam aumentar seus conhecimentos.
It was terrible. There are no professionals, they interrupt the class to advertise the company. The rooms are super tight, without any comfort, pirate windows, keep asking for password. Teacher without didactics. I tried to take the Excel VBA course and the class was not satisfied. The company offered another course, and I willingly gave it a second chance. But, it was in vain, I just wasted my time and money.
Do not take course in this company, research more and invest your time and money in companies that can really increase your knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Me matriculei em um curso de Excel VBA, porém na terceira aula a turma toda já estava insatisfeita. O conteúdo não foi passado completo, a didática altamente falha, aulas sempre terminam antes do horário, turma desnivelada, estrutura física das sala horrível, apertado e computadores antigos, Excel sem licença da Microsoft. Estamos terminando o curso e ainda não vimos nem metade do conteúdo programado. Fui solicitar reembolso, pois não foi um curso nada produtivo, porém foi alegado que já tinha passado dos 7 dias de solicitar reembolso... como seria possível saber que ia ser esse caos na primeira aula? já que acontecem uma vez na semana... NÃO RECOMENDO EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA. Procurem outras empresas. Existem muitas na concorrência que são BEM melhores... o SENAI inclusive, oferece um serviço BEM melhor.
Terrible! I enrolled in an Excel VBA course, but by the third class the whole class was already dissatisfied. The content has not been passed through, the teaching did not work well, classes always end early, uneven classes, horrible physical structure of the room, cramped and old computers, unlicensed Excel from Microsoft. We are finishing the course and we have not seen even half of the scheduled content. I was requesting a refund, because it was not a productive course, but it was alleged that it was past 7 days of requesting a refund ... how would it be possible to know that this chaos would be the first class? since they happen once a week ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING. Look for other companies. There are many in the competition that are WELL better ... SENAI inclusive, offers a WELL better service.

Me inscrevi para um curso, a data inicial do curso adiou por 2 vezes, solicitei reembolso e o regulamento que a empresa, propositalmente e no uso de má fé, fez questão de não deixar explícito, continha uma cláusula abusiva que, só fui informada sobre a mesma após um período superior a 7 dias, propositalmente para tentar impedir o meu direito de arrependimento.
Todas as formas de contato com a empresa para o devido reembolso já foram utilizadas, sendo negado pela empresa. Abri reclamações e acionei meu direitos.
Indico pesquisarem sobre a instituição antes de qualquer vínculo.
MJ CAPACITAÇÕES acts irresponsibly, disseminates misleading advertising. I signed up for a course, the initial date of the course was postponed twice, I requested a refund and the regulation that the company, on purpose and in bad faith, made a point of not making it explicit, contained an abusive clause that I was only informed about the same after a period of more than 7 days, purposely to try to prevent my right of repentance.
All forms of contact with the company for the due refund have already been used, being denied by the company. I opened complaints and activated my rights.
I recommend researching the institution before making any connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO 21/01/22 curso paGo no cartão de crédito 405,00 5x de 81,00 - início 05/02 fim 05/03/22 sábados - era o tempo disponível que eu tinha, certinho planejado ** O curso foi adiado 3 x e cancelado na quarta, era avisada sempre as sextas-feiras ou seja eu não programava nada para o dia pois teria o curso. Não deram nova data p o msm curso de gestão de crédito e cobrança, não tinha professor substituto, e os outros cursos da área, foi dada opção de trocar o curso, eram com o msm professor que segundo eles estava doente, mas outro curso n me interessava p o currículo só esse específico. Ficaram de estornar o valor pago , n fizeram, já havia pago 3 parcelas, passei 3 emails nunca respoderam, só falavam por telefone e whats, n atendiam na semana presencial, desculpa da pandemia, de março a 12 maio abri reclamação no decon, a mj tb não respodeu só 12/05 quando seria marcada audiência e já havia sido lançada a última parcela, fato esse comunicado ao decon, foi que eles estornaram o valor e respoderam pelo msm email q nunca tinham respondido, CREDIBILIDADE 0, BRINCAR C O DINHEIRO E O TEMPO DO OUTRO
