★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é boa, porém é pequena o qie faz malhar em certos horários impossível, não há porta p conter o ar gelado o que tira o sentido de ter ar-condicionado lá. Achei a academia muito pequena. Porém para uma academia de bairro não está ruim.
The gym is good, but it is small because it makes working out at certain times impossible, there is no door to contain the cold air which makes the sense of having air conditioning there. I found the gym too small. But for a neighborhood gym it's not bad.

Posse fazer sua atividade física lá sem qualquer preocupação, você será muito bem atendida
This gym is the best I've ever been to, all the people who work there are great professionals besides that we're all a family
If you can do your physical activity there without any worries, you will be very well attended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, instrutores super atenciosos (até o momento, todos foram, sem exceção). Super recomendo. Ambiente climatizado, banheiro com chuveiros, armários para guardar os pertences.
Very good, super attentive instructors (so far, all were, without exception). I highly recommend it. Air-conditioned environment, bathroom with showers, lockers to store belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com uma boa flexibilidade de horário, bons treinadores, e com um ambiente muito bom pra treinar. Pontos negativos, ( que em todas as academias têm) há horários que está muito cheia, mas ainda sim da pra treinar tranquilo. Eu costumo ir no horário da noite em torno da 19:30 esse horário já está bem mais tranquilo.
Gym with good schedule flexibility, good coaches, and a very good environment to train. Negative points, (which all gyms have) there are times when it is very crowded, but it is still possible to train calmly. I usually go at night around 7:30 pm, this time is much quieter.
