★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As sacolas já e a terceira vem que pego todo o fardo c defeito de fabrica. Onde preciso de mais tempo e mais combustível para voltar no local. E ultimamente falta protudos.
The bags are already there and the third one comes that I've caught all the burden and the factory defect. Where I need more time and more fuel to get back on site. And lately there is a lack of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você vai tomar providências com essas vendedoras e gerente mal educado? Minha esposa foi praticamente expulsa da loja hoje, estou indo pessoalmente resolver se não se retratar imediatamente.
When are you going to deal with these salesgirls and rude manager? My wife was practically kicked out of the store today, I'm personally going to resolve it if I don't recant immediately.

A empresa oferece elevador para seus clientes, mas se vc estiver no térreo com o carrinho cheio de compras você nao pode subir com ele no elevador..."são as regras". Fico me perguntando qual a utilidade do elevador?
A regra é até aceitável se quem te explica sabe como falar sem ser grosseiro, que não foi o que aconteceu no meu caso.
Perdeu uma cliente, só isso.
In general, the attendants are very helpful...but today I experienced an unpleasant situation.
The company offers an elevator for its customers, but if you are on the ground floor with a cart full of groceries you can't go up with it in the elevator..."these are the rules". I wonder what the use of the elevator is?
The rule is even acceptable if the person who explains it to you knows how to speak without being rude, which was not what happened in my case.
Lost a customer, that's all.
