★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho tido problemas enormes em relação ao que foi contratado e quase nunca tenho o suporte necessário para o resolver.
Tenho contratado 30 MB e Só estou conseguindo utilizar ele em todo seu potencial em raras ocasiões pois o normal que está chegando é muito menos da metade contratada, isso que falo pois uso cabo direto no roteador, agora falando pelo Wi-Fi, tem dias que nem chego a receber 1MB.
Nada contra os técnicos q quando finalmente vem, fazem um trabalho maravilhoso e totalmente educados, mas quando não vem, você fica a mercê de esperar milagrosamente sua internet melhorar.
Notas finais: No ano que comecei a usar não tive problemas mas desses anos para cá só tenho mais dor de cabeça do que qualquer outra coisa, não recomendo pelo estado que está agora, mas caso melhore nos próximos meses, mudarei minha análise.
I have had huge problems with what was hired and I almost never have the support I need to solve it.
I have hired 30 MB and I'm only able to use it to its full potential on rare occasions because the normal coming is much less than half hired, this is what I say because I use direct cable in the router, now talking about Wi-Fi, there are days that I don't even get 1MB.
Nothing against the technicians who when they finally come do a wonderful job and are totally polite, but when they don't, you're at the mercy of miraculously waiting for your internet to improve.
Final notes: In the year I started using it I had no problems but from now on I only have more headaches than anything else, I don't recommend it because of the state it is in now, but if it improves in the coming months, I'll change my analysis.
