★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho mais de 10 contas com voces, porém os meus clientes não estão conseguindo aprovar as demandas via ferramenta, o que vem gerando grande desconforto e insatisfação. Já abri diversos chamados, mas sem posição de correção do problema. Creio que muitos outros clientes vem encontrando este mesmo erro, portanto o sistema não está entregando o que promete vender. Insatisfeita e nao recomendo. Caso não tenha retorno em breve com uma resposta satisfatória da correção do problema e data, irei migrar todas as minhas contas para outro sistema.
 I have more than 10 accounts with you, but my clients are not able to approve the demands via the tool, which has been causing great discomfort and dissatisfaction. I have already opened several calls, but with no position to correct the problem. I believe that many other customers have been encountering this same error, so the system is not delivering what it promises to sell. Dissatisfied and do not recommend. If I don't get back soon with a satisfactory answer to the problem and date correction, I will migrate all my accounts to another system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administro várias contas com o Mlabs. A plataforma em si, está deixando a desejar. A mais de uma semana estou com um problema recorrente e eles não conseguem me dar uma solução nem data para solução. Eu gero relatórios através da plataforma e está todo defasada. Não está aparecendo, fotos, dados entre outras informações.
I manage multiple accounts with Mlabs. The platform itself is leaving something to be desired. I have had a recurring problem for more than a week and they are unable to give me a solution or a date for a solution. I generate reports through the platform and it is all out of date. It is not appearing, photos, data and other information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um plano anual para divulgar meus layouts no Instagram, agora simplesmente dizem que apenas podem publicar no facebook. O que não me interessa. No chat, eles não respondem, quando é para vender, a agilidade é imensa. Para tirar esta duvida NINGÉM responde.
Por enquanto, não indico e quero o valor pago devolvido proporcionalmente, pois o serviço contratado não está mais sendo ofertado.
I hired an annual plan to promote my layouts on Instagram, now they just say they can only publish on facebook. Which doesn't interest me. In the chat, they do not respond, when it comes to selling, the agility is immense. To clear this doubt, NOBODY answers.
For now, I do not indicate and I want the amount paid proportionally returned, as the contracted service is no longer being offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o MLabs deixou de ser bom. Nós social midias, designers, criadores de conteúdo, sempre buscamos formas de automatizar e agilizar os postes. Objetivo de contratarmos planos de plataformas como MLabs para agendar publicações, é pelo fato de que nem sempre temos tempo de publicar ou estamos em lugares remotos sem internet, então o agendamento irá nos ajudar nesse sentido. Mas segundo MLabs da a entender que é culpa do Instagram. Mas o APP não funciona bem, estou sempre tendo de postar manualmente posts pois o app abre o instagram mas não me leva para onde deve me levar, para assim então publicar. Resumindo está tudo muito ruim. Ruim Ruim ruim. Antes eu recomendava para meus clientes, hoje já NÃO recomendo!!!
Unfortunately MLabs is no longer good. We social media, designers, content creators, are always looking for ways to automate and streamline posts. Purpose of contracting platform plans like MLabs to schedule publications is because we don't always have time to publish or we are in remote places without internet, so scheduling will help us in this regard. But according to MLabs it is understood that it is Instagram's fault. But the APP doesn't work well, I'm always having to manually post posts because the app opens the instagram but doesn't take me where it should take me, so I can publish it. In short, everything is very bad. Bad Bad Bad. Before I recommended it to my customers, today I DON'T recommend it!!!
