★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet cara e que não funciona. Para assistir minhas aulas, ter consultas e até assistir um simples vídeo no YouTube eu preciso usar o 4g do celular (ainda bem que não dependo da MLS para isso). A Internet cai a cada 5 minutos, conexão super instável e nenhum telefone disponível no email atende. Infelizmente tenho que manter pq não tem nenhuma empresa decente que forneça internet no Centro do Rio.
 Expensive internet that doesn't work. To attend my classes, have consultations and even watch a simple video on YouTube I need to use 4g on my cell phone (thankfully I don't depend on MLS for that). The Internet goes down every 5 minutes, a super unstable connection and no phone available in the email answers. Unfortunately I have to maintain it because there is no decent company that provides internet in downtown Rio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente está muito instável. Preciso ficar ligando para lá (serviço 24hs). Não considero cômodo. Esse mês já liguei umas 4x. 30/11 CANCELEI COM 11 DIAS ANTES DO BOLETO E MANDARAM BOLETO COM O VALOR CHEIO. RECLAMEI NA ANATEL E ELES NÃO RECONHECEM ESSE CNPJ COMO VÁLIDO PARA PRESTAR TAL SERVIÇO. NÃO RECOMENDO FORTEMENTE!!!!
It's been very unstable lately. I need to keep calling there (24h service). I don't find it comfortable. This month I already called about 4x. 11/30 I CANCELED 11 DAYS BEFORE THE BILL AND SENT BILL WITH THE FULL VALUE. I COMPLATED WITH ANATEL AND THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE THIS CNPJ AS VALID TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICE. DO NOT STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não assinem essa internet. Simplesmente não funciona. Oscila demais, não da pra fazer uma chamada no skype, teams, meets ou whatsapp sem que a imagem falhe. Não da pra ver streaming também, vai ser uma grande dor de cabeça.
do not subscribe to this internet. It just doesn't work. It fluctuates too much, you can't make a call on skype, teams, meets or whatsapp without the image failing. You can't watch streaming either, it's going to be a big headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, não tem final de semana que o sinal não cai, ligo para o SAC (uma eternidade para atender) e a resposta que dão é um "problema técnico" qualquer. Não vale o investimento, melhor pagar um pouco mais por uma operadora decente.
Bad, there is no weekend that the signal does not drop, I call the SAC (an eternity to answer) and the answer they give is a "technical problem" whatever. Not worth the investment, better pay a little more for a decent operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funciona muito bem, sou usuario a anos no bairro de botafogo e sempre funcionou bem.. uso um roteador de wifi bom que comprei . e com otimo sinal .. recomendo usar um bom roteador para atender a casa toda com sinal decente.....
