★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive ao comprar um carro nessa loja, me venderam um carro todo maquiado.
O carro e de leilão e não avisaram que o carro é de leilão, veio faltando peças dentro do carro e sem contar que toda vez que ele pedia pra levar o carro na loja pra arrumar , eles ficavam uma semana com meu carro e não arrumaram. O mecânico deles ficaram uma semana para arrumar a bomba da direção hidráulica, eles colocaram um bomba recondicionada e estou aguardando até hoje enviar a nota fiscal de serviços e nada . O Luiz só fala e não cumpre com o que fala e o mecânico deles sumiram com peças do motor do meu carro e deixaram outras peças soltas. Nunca vi em toda minha vida a falta de respeito e empatia com cliente. O carro veio com a porta do passageiro pendurada tive que pagar do meu próprio bolso o conserto e não tive reembolso da parte dele. Financiei um carro na MM Car veículos e ao poucos eu que estou restaurando e montando o carro.
Perdeu cliente e indicação. Comprei o carro do meu filho completo em outra loja e com garantia total do carro por 3 meses e o carro veio em perfeito estado de uso.
quando compramos um carro usado, temo a consciência de que estamos comprando um carro usado, mas a partir do momento que compramos numa loja, devemos pegar o carro em perfeitas condições de uso.

The car and auction and they didn't say that the car is for auction, it came missing parts inside the car and not to mention that every time he asked to take the car to the store to be fixed, they spent a week with my car and didn't fix it. Their mechanic stayed a week to fix the power steering pump, they installed a reconditioned pump and I'm waiting until today to send the invoice for services and nothing. Luiz just talks and doesn't do what he says and their mechanic disappeared with parts from my car's engine and left other parts loose. I have never seen in all my life the lack of respect and empathy with clients. The car came with the passenger door hanging, I had to pay for the repair out of my own pocket and I had no refund from him. I financed a car at MM Car Veículos and gradually I'm restoring and assembling the car.
Lost client and referral. I bought my son's car complete at another store and with a full car warranty for 3 months and the car came in perfect condition.
