★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, adquiri uma armação da marca SAFILO, na MMJÓias, porém com pouco tempo de uso a armação veio a quebrar. No momento da retirada da armação com as lentes, notei q a mesma estava com defeito (ficava torta no rosto), mas na loja a orientação que obtive foi a de torcer as pernas da armação até ela se acertar. O que veio acontecer com esse procedimento que me passaram foi a quebra. A loja se recusou mandar para a fábrica mesmo dentro do prazo de garantia alegando mau uso. Patricia.
Hello, I purchased a SAFILO brand frame, at MMJÓias, but with little time of use the frame came to break. At the time of removing the frame with the lenses, I noticed that it was defective (it was crooked on the face), but at the store the orientation I got was to twist the legs of the frame until it was right. What happened with this procedure that they gave me was the break. The store refused to ship it to the factory even within the warranty period alleging misuse. Patricia
