★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet está quase impossível de ser utilizada há algum tempo. O pacote de dados da minha operadora de telefonia consegue ser muito mais rápido. Eles sempre alegam que o problema é aqui na minha casa, no cabeamento, no modem... aí fazem a troca e continua na mesma. Não ofereçam um serviço que não podem arcar. Pago um plano de 300 MB que é decepcionante. Espero que chegue logo novo provedor que, de fato, ofereça uma Internet de qualidade para que eu possa fazer a mudança com urgência.
 The internet has been nearly unusable for some time. The data package from my telephone company can be much faster. They always claim that the problem is here in my house, in the cabling, in the modem... then they make the change and it remains the same. Don't offer a service you can't afford. I pay for a 300MB plan which is disappointing. I hope that a new provider will arrive soon that, in fact, offers a quality Internet so that I can make the change urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completando 4 meses de uso e não tenho do que reclamar, tenho o plano de 120mb e a velocidade é excelente, minha taxa de download fica sempre acima dos 10mbs. Internet bastante estável, até o momento não fiquei nenhum dia off, além de oferecer um dos melhores antivírus.
Completing 4 months of use and I have nothing to complain about, I have the 120mb plan and the speed is excellent, my download rate is always above 10mbs. Very stable internet, so far I haven't been off any day, in addition to offering one of the best antivirus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a loja Cruz das Almas, próximo das 18:00 horas. Atendente mandou eu aguardar. E encerrou a chamada. Nem se orientar a retornar a chamada outro dia e horário. Pois, o espediente já havia encerrado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia a todos fui fazer um cancelamento de internet os mesmo informou que tenhamos que pagar uma taxa de cancelamento um absurdo as pessoas cobrarem taxa de cancelamento Hoje em dia as leis não estão aí para ver o absurdo que eles estão cometendo mas já entrei com processo só falta o advogado arcar com as suas responsabilidades Por que é inadmissível a gente tem que pagar por uma coisa que a gente não tem mais condição de utilizar vergonhoso uma empresa como tal está agindo dessa forma esse é meu ponto de vista por isso estou dando um ponto e bem negativo

Já fomos várias vezes falar da qualidade ruim da internet e o atendente nem se importa, nem enviam técnico pra ver onque pode ser( deve ser pq sabem qua a internet de vocês não tem jeito mesmo, o jeito é eu cancelar) diz que vai ver e pede pra quando a gente chegar em casa testar de novo. Isso é ridículo.
Impossible to continue with your service.
