★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muitas variedades de materiais isso é ótimo, mas os preços de algumas coisas são elevados! Já fui muito bem atendida mas tbm fui mal atendida! Tem uma moça no setor de materiais escolares (ela estava nele nesse dia, não sei se ela fica nele sempre) mas tinha chegado na loja w ficado na fila de atendimento do balcão, se juntou um grupo de atendentes e estava conversando... se passou 5 minutos da minha espera e eu olhando se alguns deles iriam me atender e nada, só riam.... Eu então perguntei se podia me atender! Ela virou pra mim, riu e disse que iria tomar a água dela primeiro ( Oxi.... Mas ela tava falando com os colegas como estava com sede?! Quem está com sede bebe água primeiro e depois conversa....) falou de um tom que não gostei. Ela tinha o cabelo escuro com mesas verdes. Não vi ela e se tiver ela lá eu peço pra ser atendido por outra pessoa. Eu só vou na loja pq eu preciso e no Itaim não tem uma com vasta variedades de materiais pra artesanato mas se tivesse..... Não iria mais na loja. Sorte de vcs! Pq valores não são atrativos.... e o atendimento às vezes fica a desejar! Fora que é demorado pra conferir as nossas mercadorias, as vezes ficar esperando fila pra pegar o material pago! Aff só existe nessa loja, pegar fila pra ser atendido, aí tem que pegar fila pra pagar e fila pra pegar o material pago.....
There are many varieties of materials that's great, but the prices of some things are high! I've been treated very well, but I've also been treated poorly! There's a girl in the school supplies sector (she was there that day, I don't know if she stays there all the time) but she had arrived at the store and stood in the queue at the counter, a group of attendants joined and was talking... spent 5 minutes of my waiting and I was looking if some of them would answer me and nothing, they just laughed.... I then asked if they could answer me! She turned to me, laughed and said she would drink her water first (Oxi.... But she was talking to her colleagues about how thirsty she was?! Who is thirsty drinks water first and then talks....) she said. a tone I didn't like. She had dark hair with green tables. I didn't see her and if I have her there I ask to be attended by someone else. I only go to the store because I need it and in Itaim they don't have one with a wide variety of materials for crafts but if they did..... I wouldn't go to the store anymore. Lucky for you! Because values are not attractive.... and the service is sometimes to be desired! Apart from that it takes time to check our goods, sometimes waiting in line to pick up the paid material! Aff only exists in this store, queue to be served, then you have to queue to pay and queue to get paid material.....
