★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio boa, mas depois só por Deus primeiro a gente fecha um valor e depois eles vem com uma revisão que são 4 de 300,00 logo na primeira semana já começou vazar óleo de motor,,fez 1 ano que fiz o motor e 3 revisões e até hoje não foi sanado o problema do vazamento; e eles conversam bem viu,não recomendo fazer serviço neste lygar.Outrossim sumiu o manual do meu carro,a bateria foi trocada e quando fui retirar o carro a régua da tampa de válvula não havia sido colocada reclamei com o senhor Douglas e ele afirmou que o carro não tinha esta régua e quando eu mesmo olhei no porta malas ela estava lá, fora sensores que deixaram desligado,parafusos trocados etc....Não recomendo ninguém fazer serviço nesta retífica.

In the first week, engine oil started to leak. revisions and until today the leak problem has not been solved; and they talk well see, I do not recommend doing service on this lygar. Otherwise the manual of my car disappeared, the battery was changed and when I went to remove the car the valve cover ruler had not been placed I complained to Mr. Douglas and he said that the car didn’t have this rule and when I looked in the trunk myself it was there, outside sensors that left off, screws changed etc ... I don’t recommend anyone doing any work on this grinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDOOOOO!!!!!!!... Meu namorado fez o motor, depois que pagou e assinou o papel de retirada do veiculo, começou os problemas... O motor estava com oscilação, informaram que era problema elétrico, sem ao menos analisar!
Fomos em outra oficina, que corrigiu e informaram que o problema não tinha nada a ve com elétrica, e sim o motor, que estava fora de ponto (básico pra quem faz o motor).
Voltamos a MN Retifica, e ninguém veio nos atender, passava como se fossemos invisíveis, perguntei para um dos funcionário se alguém poderia nos atender, e o mesmo respondeu sem dá muita atenção que deveríamos falar com o Douglas...
O Douglas nos atendeu super bem, pedimos a restituição do valor que gastamos na oficina que de fato concertou o problema, e ele informou que o valor seria descontado em uma revisão do motor, que é necessária é custa 300 reais. São 4 revisões, e sem as mesmas, não é concedido a garantia.
(Fechamos um valor e depois eles vem com 4 revisões de 300,00???).
Não bastasse esse estress, na volta pra casa deu problema na mangueira da bomba de água, que faz parte da manutenção do motor, voltamos a MN Retifica, pedi prioridade no atendimento, e um funcionário nos tratou super mal, com palavras de baixo escalão, só faltou me bater... Também me alterei, mas o funcionário que trabalha com publico, precisa estar apto a qualquer situação. Esta tudo gravado, e vou tomar providencias sobre o caso!
Na segunda recebemos a informação de que corrigiram a questão do vazamento de agua, e o serviço ficou no valor de : 250 reais, sendo que o serviço faz parte do motor, e estamos dentro do prazo de 90 dias (garantia legal)...
Só querem dinheiro, e fazem o cliente de bobo depois que pagam e assinam o contrato... Um absurdo!! ja registramos no procon, e nosso advogado vai tomar as devidas providencias.
NO RECOMENDOOOOO !!!!!!! ... My boyfriend made the engine, after he paid and signed the paper of withdrawal of the vehicle, began the problems ... The engine was oscillating, reported that it was an electrical problem, without less analyze!
We went in another workshop, which corrected and reported that the problem had nothing to do with electric, but the engine, which was out of point (basic for those who make the engine).
We went back to MN Correct, and nobody came to meet us, passed as if we were invisible, I asked one of the clerk if anyone could attend us, and he replied without paying much attention that we should talk to Douglas ...
Douglas picked us up super well, we asked for the refund of the amount we spent at the workshop that actually fixed the problem, and he advised that the value would be discounted on a motor review, which is required is cost 300 reais. There are 4 reviews, and without them, no warranty is granted.
(We closed a value and then they come with 4 revisions of 300.00 ???).
Not enough stress, on the way back home gave problem in the water pump hose, which is part of the maintenance of the engine, we returned to MN Retifica, asked for priority in the attendance, and an employee treated us super bad, with words of low echelon, I just changed myself, but the official who works with the public needs to be able to handle any situation. It's all recorded, and I'll take action on the case!
In the second we received the information that corrected the water leakage issue, and the service was worth: 250 reais, the service is part of the engine, and we are within 90 days (legal guarantee) ...
They just want money, and they make the customer silly after they pay and sign the contract ... An absurd !! we already registered in procon, and our lawyer will take the necessary measures.

Douglas and team work excellently. My car was very good, they condemned the engine. And people from MN left zero. I highly recommend it!
