Ele sempre paga, mas como o portador de neoplasias tem direito a isenção do imposto de renda, quero saber como procedo, visto que até o órgão pagador dele está dificultando o processo.
I cannot speak to the phone provided. There is no e-mail and no other phone that I can answer questions about. My father died of a malignant tumor and I don't know how to make the statement. He always pays, but since cancer patients are entitled to income tax exemption, I want to know how I proceed, since even his paying agency is making the process more difficult.
