★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, mas o serviço prestado é ruim. Entreguei uma aliança para polir, mudar a numeração e trocar o nome dentro dela. O serviço demorou quase 14 dias para ser feito, e quando me entregaram a aliança, haviam dois nomes escritos dentro dela, o meu e o que eu pedi para apagar. Disseram que foi um erro de comunicação que no papel do serviço não estava escrito que era para apagar o nome e por um novo, quando falei do erro só me falaram que tinha que deixar o anel lá, por não sei quanto tempo (não me informaram quantos dias) para apagar o nome e me fazer uma nova cobrança. Não recomendo a loja para ninguém que deseje fazer alguma manutenção ou consertos com relação a alianças, houve uma grande demora no serviço e ainda tive que levar em outro lugar para apagar o nome que tinham deixado, e no final nem se desculparam por isso.
Good service, but the service provided is bad. I delivered a ring to polish, change the numbering and change the name inside it. The service took almost 14 days to do, and when the ring was handed to me, there were two names written inside it, mine and the one I asked to delete. They said it was a communication error that on the service paper was not written to erase the name and for a new one, when I talked about the error they only told me that I had to leave the ring there, for I don't know how long (they did not inform me how many days) to delete the name and charge me again. I do not recommend the store to anyone who wants to do any maintenance or repairs in relation to alliances, there was a long delay in the service and I still had to take it elsewhere to erase the name they had left, and in the end they did not even apologize for it.
