Um técnico pra atender demora diasssssssssss.... e o atendimento da area de suporte horrível, extremamente mau desrespeitada. A fatura segue vindo, mas os serviço é pessimo. NÃO INDICO ESSA EMPRESA NEM PARA OS MEUS PIORES INIMIGOS. NÃO RECOMENDO. ATENDIMENTO 0, SERVIÇO 0, TÉCNICOS 0, SUPORTE 0.... UM LIXOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... Aqui na rua todos migrando para outras operadoras. NÃO contratem pessoal, só vão ter dor de cabeça.
 @mobtelecom horrible servicellllllllll, I hired the internet, they installed it and the next day we already had a disconnection problem. 4 months struggling and we stay with the internet that one day provides and the other does not. A technician to attend takes diasssssssssss .... and the service from the horrible support area, extremely bad disrespected. The bill is still coming, but the service is terrible. I DO NOT INDICATE THIS COMPANY NOR TO MY WORST ENEMIES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ATTENDANCE 0, SERVICE 0, TECHNICIANS 0, SUPPORT 0 .... A LIXOOOOOOOOOOOOOO .... Here on the street everyone migrating to other operators. DO NOT hire staff, they will only get a headache.
