★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa tem total descaso com o cliente, liguei pedindo pra instalar a internet falaram que vinham na segunda, não veio ninguém e nem deram justificativa, falaram que tava agendado pra terça feira, o técnico nem pisou aqui, quarta feira nada, a gente morre de ligar, e só falam pra gente esperar o prazo, mas não aparece ninguém… to 1 semana sem internet, por que todo dia eles falaram que vem instalar e não vem, se já tem esse transtorno todo antes de contratar imagina depois, não recomendo.
The company has total disregard for the customer, I called asking to install the internet, they said they would come on Monday, no one came and they didn't even give a reason, they said it was scheduled for Tuesday, the technician didn't even set foot here, Wednesday nothing, we die of call, and they just tell us to wait for the deadline, but no one shows up... I've been without internet for 1 week, because every day they say they come to install and they don't come, if you already have all this trouble before hiring imagine later, I don't recommend it.
