★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependi profundamente em ter feito negócio nessa loja. Se vc for trocar o seu carro nessa loja (coisa que não recomendado), exija que eles façam a transferência na hora!! Deixei meu carro e peguei outro nessa loja e eles venderam meu antigo carro sem fazer a transferência para o novo dono. Depois de algum tempo chegaram mais de 9multas no meu nome e perdi minha carteira com isso. Não confiem quando o dono lhe garantir que o carro só sai da loja quando estiver transferido para o novo dono! NÃO RECOMENDO, SÓ TIVE RAIVA!!!
 I deeply regretted doing business in that store. If you are going to change your car at this store (which is not recommended), require them to make the transfer on time !! I left my car and got another one at that store and they sold my old car without making the transfer to the new owner. After some time more than 9 tickets in my name arrived and I lost my wallet with that. Do not trust when the owner assures you that the car leaves the store only when it is transferred to the new owner! DO NOT RECOMMEND, I ONLY HAD ANGER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro nessa loja, não vou dizer o carro porque se não vai ficar na cara quem sou eu e não quero problemas. comprei um carro nessa loja que gostei muito baixa km bem legal, vendedor gente boa, mas infelizmente, fora o vendedor gente boa, eles são mesquinhos, mão de vaca mesmo sem dó, se nega a fazer serviço bobo que não vão lhe custa praticamente nada, voce paga quase 50% avista e eles ainda fica negando pequenos serviços no carro que não chega nem a R$100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma GLA 200 com a Mobile Autos, fora a demora de mais de um mês para me enviarem a documentação do carro para eu transferi-lo, hoje se recusam a fazer o pagamento de uma autuação do antigo proprietário pelo fato da mesma não ter virado multa até o momento, alegam que se pagarem agora, correm o risco de serem cobrados novamente no futuro quando a autuação virar multa (famoso quem paga mal paga duas vezes), ou seja, não assumem a responsabilidade do seu passivo e empurram o problema que é deles para o cliente. Obs: Liguei várias vezes por vários dias, e sugeri que me enviassem um pix no valor da multa, informei que poderia assinar um termo de quitação, mas eles preferem não assumir a responsabilidade e deixar o cliente com o risco de ficar no prejuízo, afinal, quem me garante que a loja estará ativa no mercado quando a bendita autuação virar multa??? Preferem dar dor de cabeça para o cliente e perdê-lo do que arcar com a responsabilidade de R$293,47 (valor da autuação)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a efetuar uma compra justamente pq política da empresa me espantou. Explico: quando vc chega na loja o valor do carro é mais alto do que anunciado na Olx por exemplo. Fora isso, avaliam seu veículo lá embaixo alegando não terem interesse de receber. E a cereja do bolo é que te empurram o despachante deles pra fazer a transferência pro seu nome. Te proíbem de fazer a transferência sozinho ou com seu próprio despachante. Cara, cobram mais de 1,5 mil pela transferência sendo que sozinho vc não paga mais que 360 pelo Dut e vistoria... O carro ainda tava todo surrado, só maqueado pra vender. Não posso reclamar de atendimento pois o vendedor fez sua parte, mas se vê que a empresa só quer ganhar em cima dos desavisados. Sem chance de fazer negócio nessa empresa
