06/06/2020 falaram que era 3 dias mas até hoje 13/06 nada liguei ontem na sexta falaram que veio com o vidro quebrado ..nunca mas compro nessa loja . Falaram que vem hj se não vim vou procurar meus direitos já tá pago e o produto nada de chegar vou no PROCON.....
 A denial I bought a closet on the day
06/06/2020 they said it was 3 days but until today 06/13 nothing called yesterday on Friday they said it came with the broken glass ..never but I buy in that store. They said hj will come if I didn't come I will look for my rights already paid and the product will not arrive at PROCON .....

Liguei na loja e me disseram que a entrega estava agendada para a quinta feira. Depois me ligaram dizendo que só na sexta.
Ora, não é uma loja coerente com seus prazos e não se preocupam em dar uma satisfação ao consumidor.
Aguardando o produto pra ver se pelo menos a qualidade de entrega e montagem supera a falta de comunicação e deficiência na lojistica da loja.
I made a purchase on 3/14 and scheduled for delivery today 3/18 and so far 16:50 not even satisfaction.
I called the store and I was told the delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Then they called me saying that only on Friday.
Now, it is not a store consistent with its deadlines and they are not concerned with giving satisfaction to the consumer.
Waiting for the product to see if at least the quality of delivery and assembly overcomes the lack of communication and deficiency in the store's store.
