★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cadeira no dia 30/08 com a promessa de entrega em 48h, só recebi a cadeira no dia 14/09, pela demora optei por outro produto e pedi a devolução do mesmo. Hoje, dia 08/10, continuo com a cadeira de pouca qualidade da empresa ocupando minha casa e a empresa se recusa a retirar e realizar o extorno.
I bought a chair on 08/30 with the promise of delivery in 48 hours, I only received the chair on 09/14, due to the delay I opted for another product and asked to return it. Today, 10/08, I still have the low quality chair of the company occupying my house and the company refuses to remove and carry out the extinction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, conforme já relatado pelo demais consumidores que foram lesados por essa empresa, não há suporte ao atendimento ao cliente, não existe um canal para reclamações e nem suporte. Ou seja, após a compra do produto, você tem que rezar para chegar em sua residência. A transportadora - Jamef - parece ser da mesma empresa, outra desorganização total. Minha cadeira era para ter chegado dia 08/12/20, e até hoje dia 16/12/20 não tenho nem uma resposta e nem previsão de entrega, ou seja, comprei e não recebi. A empresa não está preocupada em entregar o produto, nem muito menos em ter a satisfação do cliente. A única solução agora é no judiciário, todos que foram lesados por essa empresa deverão ingressar com uma ação no juizado especial de seus respectivos municípios, só assim ele passarão a ter mais zelo por quem gasta seu dinheiro com seus produtos. Espero pode ajudar futuros comprados a não terem essa enorme dor de cabeça que todos nós clientes lesados estamos passado. NÃO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ESSA EMPRESA, NÃO GASTEM SEI DINHEIRO SUADO, VOCÊS SERÃO LESADOS E NÃO TERÃO A QUEM RECLAMA, SOMENTE COM O PODER JUDICIÁRIO.

That is, after purchasing the product, you have to pray to arrive at your residence. The carrier - Jamef - appears to be from the same company, another total disorganization. My chair was supposed to arrive on 08/12/20, and even today on 16/12/20 I have neither an answer nor delivery forecast, that is, I bought and did not receive it. The company is not concerned with delivering the product, much less with customer satisfaction. The only solution now is in the judiciary, everyone who was injured by this company must file a lawsuit in the special court of their respective municipalities, only then will they be more zealous for those who spend their money on their products. I hope I can help bought futures not to have this huge headache that all of us injured customers are going through. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, DON'T SPEND YOUR SWEATING MONEY, YOU WILL BE INJURED AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANYONE WHO CLAIMS, JUST WITH JUDICIAL POWER.
