â â â â â O atendente do balcĂŁo, de fato Ă© muito atencioso. Mas eu nĂŁo gostei do serviço prestado. A tela do meu celular queimou, e levei pra trocar. Eles cobraram R$30 reais a mais do valor do serviço, sĂł porque eu pedi pra dividir. E o meu celular voltou com uma parte da carcaça quebrada, colocaram uma tela escura que atĂ© parece que o telefone estĂĄ com o filtro azul. AlĂ©m do meu aparelho nĂŁo estĂĄ reconhecendo rede mais. Testei outros chips e nĂŁo funciona. Me arrependi muito por ter utilizado os serviços de lĂĄ. E eu nĂŁo pretendo voltar a consumir o serviço de lĂĄ no futuro. Meu celular voltou com mais problema e continuo sem poder usĂĄ lo. Pelo que pude ver das outras avaliaçÔes, parece que Ă© normal o telefone voltar para o dono com mais problemas do que quando foi entregue na empresa, e tambĂ©m Ă© normal eles fazerem o consumidor passar por louco, afirmando que o celular jĂĄ estava com tais problemas quando chegou! Pois, foi o que me disseram, que eles nĂŁo testaram a rede quando eu deixei, deixando a entender que eu estava mentindo! A mesma coisa aconteceu sobre a carcaça, disseram que eu deixei cair e jĂĄ estava quebrada!

â â â â â pĂ©ssimo lugar para levar seu celular.... nĂŁo dĂŁo garantia de serviço.. querem de todo jeito te enganar... levei meu celular para conserto no dia 30/12 relatei que tinha desligado sozinho umas duas vezes e depois desligou e nĂŁo ligou mais... deixei o celular para conserto me falaram para retirar na sexta dia 31 no final da tarde que o celular estaria pronto... fui entĂŁo as 16h e o celular ainda nĂŁo estava pronto pediram para voltar as 17:30 no final da tarde mesmo quase para a loja fechar a loja fecha as 18h... ok cheguei no horĂĄrio peguei o celular e estava funcionando porem fui relatado que foi feito choque na bateria e que esse serviço nĂŁo tem garantia.... como um serviço que me cobraram R$120 reais nĂŁo tem garantia?....e nĂŁo me deram nota fiscal muito menos ordem de serviço que foi feito no meu aparelho..... logico que sai indignado com a situação mas tive que aceitar porque nĂŁo tinha escolha nenhuma. sai com o aparelho da loja e no mesmo dia o celular desligou e nĂŁo ligou mais... por fim fui ao local no dia 03/01 indignado que nĂŁo tinha resolvido meu problema ainda assim insistiram que se eu deixasse o celular lĂĄ seria cobrado novamente...... vou a traz dos meus direitos e vou relatar meu problema em todos os lugares nĂŁo vai ficar assim vĂŁo parar de enganar seus clientes..... PĂ©ssima assistĂȘncia nĂŁo recomendo nenhum pouco..

Meu celular apresentou problemas no reconhecimento da digital, apĂłs o recolhimento do aparelho e a moça que trabalha aĂ parece que estĂĄ desgostasa da vida.
