Tentei trocar a peça que paguei 130.00 reais ,não consegui trocar por outra peça do mesmo valor pq segundo creio eu q é a gerente da loja essa peça foi remarcada pra 80.00 reais e não pude pegar uma troca pelo mesmo valor q paguei.
Resumindo...direitos do consumidor não tem
Pago um valor e não posso trocar por outra coisa no mesmo valor.
Absurdo isso não existe. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
Não recomendo pra ninguém por esse episódio i felizmente estou indignada com esse episódio.
Obg a gerente Mara por ter me atendido e feito a troca na qual reclamei com muita atenção e respeito. Satisfeita com minha troca obg a direção e gerência
