Houve algumas peças que teve que ser trocadas, no entanto, a troca não foi efetivada devido a falta de organização da empresa em ter o comprovante de pagamento da compra. Falaram que meu cadastro estava bloqueado e que não estavam encontrando o comprovante de pagamento. Mostrei a minha fatura do cartão e demonstrei que estava pagando as parcelas referente a compra na faturas normalmente! Mesmo assim, esperei bastante e não conseguiu realizar a troca.
I made an online purchase, paid by credit card. There were some parts that had to be exchanged, however, the exchange was not carried out due to the company's lack of organization in having proof of payment for the purchase. They said that my registration was blocked and that they were not finding proof of payment. I showed my card bill and demonstrated that I was paying the installments for the purchase on the bills normally! Even so, I waited a long time and couldn't make the switch.
