Entrei na loja de Juazeiro, olhei algumas peças e procurei uma vendedora para pedir a ela um cartão da loja, pois eu tinha que ir para o aeroporto. Ela me indicou um rapaz que estava no caixa para pegar com ele, este por sua vez me disse que estava sem cartão e me pediu para procurar a vendedora novamente. Percebi então a má vontade de me atenderem, agradeço e saí da loja. Inacreditável uma empresa deste tamanho ter colaboradores que agem desta forma. Lamentável.
Terrible attendance. I was impressed by the unwillingness of the sellers. I entered the Juazeiro store, looked at some pieces and looked for a saleswoman to ask her a store card, because I had to go to the airport. She referred me to a guy who was at the checkout to pick him up, he in turn told me he was out of a card and asked me to look for the seller again. Then I realized the unwillingness to meet me, thank you and left the store. Unbelievable for a company of this size to have employees who act this way. Unfortunate.
