( A empresa oferece o cartão e informar várias mentiras quando a fatura do cartão chegar vem com vários adicionais. Vivem de propaganda enganosa) merece é um processo, para aprender a respeitar o cliente. Na hora de resolver, ninguém saber de nada, a gerente ainda dizer não posso ajudar desconheço a vendedora que fez o atendimento ?). A gerente desse estabelecido não gerência não saber de nada ... Pessimo-pessimo-pessimo. service-makes programmed misleading, and does not give any solution to the customer when solving the problem.
